Jake Taylor for State Delegate Strong. Proven. Conservative Leader.

A New Voice for Harford

Keeping Our Communities Safe

The Maryland General Assembly has spent the last decade restricting the ability of law enforcement officers to do their job, making it harder to keep criminals off the street. Bel Air Town Commissioner Jake Taylor has a record of fully funding the Bel Air Police Department and consistently standing up for local law enforcement. As your State Delegate, Jake will always fight to keep our communities safe. That begins with supporting the rights of law enforcement, fighting for policies that put violent offenders behind bars, and giving our prosecutors the ability to keep them there.

Making Maryland More Affordable

Record-breaking tax and fee increases, coupled with disastrous energy mandates, are making it even more difficult for our families to afford the cost of simply living in Maryland. Bel Air Town Commissioner Jake Taylor has never once voted to raise taxes on residents of the Town of Bel Air and has pushed to make government more efficient and cost-effective. As your State Delegate, Jake will fight for your family by opposing the crushing tax and fee hikes that are squeezing small businesses and hard-working families out of Maryland and supporting the production of Maryland power to bring our energy bills back down.

Fighting for Fiscal Responsibility

With Maryland’s structural deficit ballooning out of control, it’s time for someone who takes the state’s spending problem seriously. Bel Air Town Commissioner Jake Taylor has consistently fought for balanced budgets, never once voting for deficit spending or to approve an unfunded project. As your State Delegate, Jake will bring this approach to Annapolis, fighting to ensure that your tax dollars are spent responsibly and that the state finally begins to do exactly what every Maryland family must do already: live within its means.
